Each card has a tabbed reference to a letter of the alphabet leaving you free to distribute your note, archives and information taken down on record cards behind the relevant guide and create a alphabetised index system. Ideal for storing contact information organised by surname or company name. Buff coloured to separate them from white record cards for easy, at a glance retrieval. These guide cards can be used with Q-Connect record cards and index boxes (available separately).

Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail 48 delivery or Parcel Force 48, depending on weight. Your order should be with you between 2-3 days. All items ordered after 3PM will be despatched the following business day. If ordered after 3PM on a Friday your order will leave us on Monday (expect Bank Holidays) and be with you within 2-3 days.

Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery or Parcel Force 24, depending on weight. Your order should be with you between 1-2 days. All items ordered after 3PM will be despatched the following business day. If ordered after 3PM on a Friday your order will leave us on Monday (expect Bank Holidays) and be with you within the following two working days. Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day but deliveries to certain postcode areas may take longer. If you have entered an email address, or mobile number, you will be able to keep track of your parcel with Royal Mail's or Parcel Force's online tracking.
