Returns & Exchanges

We are sure you will be happy with your purchase. However if you do have second thoughts we have tried to make our returns process as straight forward as possible.

You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods.

We will accept unwanted goods for 30 days from the day after delivery date.

To return items contact our Chepstow store by telephone or email. Return is at your risk and at your cost, but make sure the value of the item is adequately covered. Our post office will advise.

All refunds are made to the card which was used for payment. Returns will only be accepted unopened in the original packaging.

Faulty items or not as described

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please telephone or email for advice. During the first 30 days after delivery we will either refund or replace the item, if still available. For the remainder of time up to 6 months we will either repair or replace the item.

In either case we will refund the cost of postage unless the items show signs of incorrect use or it the item is working it will be subject to a restocking charge.

Our liability in respect of the purchase is limited to the cost of the item irrespective of the cause of any claim.

NON RECEIPT OF ITEMS NEED TO BE REPORTED WITHIN
7 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DESPATCH.
